Security note: The Presto PVR App uses an advanced downloader which does not have a built-in antivirus engine.
Connection issues: Sometimes the downloaded files cannot be opened on the media player. Try the following:
Make sure that the drive, connection, and device is turned on and working properly.
Try using different USB ports.
Try using a different USB cable.
Try a different operating system, such as Windows 8, Windows 10, or macOS Sierra.
Disable security software if using Windows 10.
Try a different download manager, like uTorrent, which can provide better performance.
